HOA Meeting on May 6, 2006

Meeting held at the Dillon residence, 4070 River Elan

Attendees:

• 22 people representing 15 households.

Membership:

• 15 households paid to date. Anyone paying from now until 1-1-2007 can pay $50 and those that have paid $100 will have 2007 dues pro-rated according to the date the check was received.

Sprinkler Systems at Entrance:

• R. Dillon to make contact with Rain Bird repair service and make necessary repairs. (Note- Mike Cyphers called and repairs will be attempted on 5-11 or 5-12).

Election of Officers:

• Laurie Cartrett of 4167 Evian Way agreed to be nominated for Vice President.
• Donna McOwen of 4109 Evian Way agreed to stay on as Treasurer.
• Names for President to be submitted at next meeting.

Membership List:

• Emily Lewis of 4228 Riviere Point agreed to go door-to-door and get names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses to go with house numbers. R. Dillon supplied spreadsheet of all mailbox numbers.
• Anyone not joining by next meeting will be contacted one-on-one.
